I’ve been wanting to keep track of the conspiracy news about Marvel maybe doing away with the X-Men due to the FOX Movie Rights issue. I’ve been looking for a website that had all of these in one spot but I didn’t see any, so once again – I have to make the Internet have what I’m looking for.
ComicBook.com – Licensing
http://comicbook.com/2015/06/05/marvel-comics-is-not-marvel-licensing-the-x-men-and-fantastic-fo/
Bleeding Cool – who will be dominating this post – No X-Men in Marvel Mighty Heroes
Bleeding Cool – Marvel 2015 doesn’t include any X-Men nor Fantastic Four (FOX has their movie rights too)
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2015/05/31/marvel-2015-line-up-poster-loses-x-men-and-fantastic-four/
Forbes – Breaking that XM Studios Premium Collectables can no longer make X-Men nor Fantastic Four statues
Bleeding Cool – X-Men and Fantastic Four no longer part of Secret Wars, according to t-shirts
Which does link to the CompleX thread over at Comic Book Resources’ forum, which actually keeps track of all of this. With a slew of posts in-between the evidence so I guess I’m attempting to have a cleaner version.

Bleeding Cool News – Second Marvel Secret Wars Shirt to remove X-Men and Fantastic Four

Beezzi, a poster of Comic Book Resources, has this awesome document that has essentially what I was attempting to do
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qiQAw0-bPz1nPH-xsuEf5G24_-wa8Yeb7C5-iu6fdYY/edit
But now I’m compiled my own list so I guess I will keep track of what I come across. Beezzi’s document takes the pressure off.
Even once I post this, I will keep track of stories that are released. I’m not sure where it ends, as even if the X-Men get 20 titles Post-Secret Wars 2015, people will still not be convinced. I guess it will end once FOX loses the movie rights but I doubt that will ever happen. Why would it?
Though why Marvel doesn’t just release merchandise with the comic book versions of the characters – as that is what I want to throw money down for – is beyond me. I just want to decorate Walker Dennis’ room with X-Men items but Disney / Marvel doesn’t want me to do that.
Thanks for the helpful links! It is hard to tell if this is an actual thing, but I guess it is. It does seem silly that Marvel Comics would leave money on the table over something that would very barely affect the popularity of the Fox movies…
What bugs me the most, is that I would love to buy my son some X-Men related merchandise but Marvel refuses to sell any. They could be making profit off of all of the comic inspired or related products but refuse to take my money.
I’m not sure if it is a real thing either, but it is something worth tracking and noticing
