When Walker Dennis and I made his hockey table at Home Depot, for the January project, they had the rest of the projects for the year.
We are super excited to build these!
We still have to figure out how to get to the April one as we will be out of town that weekend, but I am hoping I can pick one up after the event or before the event.
I highly recommend attending one of these events. They are always the first Saturday of the month, from 9am to noon. We get there at 9am, as Walker Dennis does not care for all of the hammering sounds (who does?). The staff running the event are fun, you get a free apron and memorial button with the project on it.
Walker Dennis has over 30, so another two years, and he would get a celebration 50 button. Hopefully he wants to still do these projects in two years. He is getting quite good at hammering the nails by himself, I only help get him started with the nails. He loves painting the projects and that has been great to see where he started to where he is now with these.
They also have 75 and 100 project buttons but I cannot even imagine doing it for that long but that could be fun.
