I recall Last Will of Testament leaving me cold, and thinking this was one of the lesser stories of Brian Michael Bendis’ X-Men run, so I thought a second read through years later might change my opinion.

You could essentially just read the first issue (23) and this one, and get everything. Time is rewritten.
At least we didn't see Kitty die.

It improved slightly, but it still feels like two chapters too long with the reset button being pressed at the end.
