1200 PGS./Rated T+ …$125.00
What an interesting assortment of space adventures the X-Men have had!
. . .
Bendis / Dell’Otto’s Secret War is $75, but you only need to read issue 5 for that Kitty Pryde content
I’m actually tempted to get the Wolverine / Gambit : Victims Gallery by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, $50 is a bit much, but I’m sure I can find it cheaper, plus, it is a hardcover
X-Men : Blood Hunt for $25 is a bargain, and all of these one shots – Jubilee, Magik, Psylocke, and Wolverine were quality reads.

One of the all-time great Marvel stories is just one part of a golden era for X-Men storytelling!
By 1982, the X-Men had become the biggest franchise in comic books. The engine driving it all was UNCANNY X-MEN, where Chris Claremont’s deft character work and potent exploration of the mutant metaphor captivated readers. Claremont continued to find new dramatic heights with artist Paul Smith as they unfurled the growing romance between Kitty Pryde and Colossus, the first appearances of Callisto and the Morlocks, Rogue’s debut with the team and the wedding of Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor! Claremont’s writing rose to find perhaps his most poignant and challenging expression in his graphic novel with artist Brent Anderson, “God Loves, Man Kills.” Meanwhile, he collaborated with Frank Miller on the first Wolverine miniseries, which rocketed the character’s popularity into the stratosphere!
Collecting Uncanny X-Men (1981) #168-175, X-Men Annual (1970) #7; Marvel Graphic Novel #5; and Wolverine (1982) #1-4.
488 PGS./Rated T+ …$44.99
So weird they went with God Loves, Man Kills for the title of this, when it should just be From the Ashes, and with the current relaunch, one would think that would only help sell this volume. Or call it the Paul Smith era, besides his concluding chapters of The Brood Saga.
. . .
West Coast Avengers 1 has my attention with Gerry Duggan and Firestar as members, and Jessica Drew doesn’t hurt either.
Marvel / Disney What If Minnie Mouse became Captain Marvel is pretty cute
Wolverine 3, is more Weapon X nonsense, but there’s an unlikely alley, and old enemies, so I’m a little curious who those characters are.
Psylocke getting an ongoing gives me hope that Magik’s ongoing is soon to be announced.
X-Factor 4 promises a Dr. Celicia Reyes plot.
Storm is already dying in her second issue
Mystique 2 of 5, she’s on the run from Nick Fury, and asking help from an old Brotherhood member. I imagine it isn’t Destiny, as she would have been named, so maybe Pyro?
Sentinels 2 of 5, going to take more than Shaw to get me interested in this series.
Dazzler 3 of 4, Lila Cheney & Dazzler in Japan! This should be fun

X-Force 5 might have a death of a team member! hopefully it isn’t Rachel.

VARIANT COVER BY CARMEN CARNERO
TWO-IN-ONE VARIANT COVER BY TBA
EMMA FROST VS KITTY PRYDE!
Kitty Pryde’s determination to stay doggedly away from all things X-Men related becomes more strained by the day as EMMA FROST once again sticks her nose into things. Meanwhile, our new team is finding their rhythm. AXO, MELEE and BRONZE have officially entered the fray!
32 PGS./Rated T+ …$3.99
I want those two Kitty Pryde covers!
Note the lack of Lockheed on these covers, hmmmm
Dang, issue three, and Kitty Pryde is still resisting, I was hoping she would be on board by now.
At least we’re going to get some Melee content
. . .
NYX 5 is still dealing with Empath and his Quiet Council, hopefully he’s being kind to Mindee
Phoenix 5 is still in deep space
Uncanny X-Men 5 concludes their Red Wave arc, my second favorite title of the relaunch thus far, but it is double shipping with issue 6 as well, where their new mutants start a school in Louisiana. Probably a smart idea to not put all new mutants in one place.
X-Men 7, we learn the history of Merle, Alaska
Negasonic Teenage Warhead gets a one shot.
Venom War finally ends

Maystorm v Surge sounds very interesting
. . .
Wolverine Revenge 4 of 5, I still don’t see Dani Moonstar on the covers, so that isn’t great
Avengers 20 still has Storm, thus, still has my attention
Deadpool Team-Up 4 of 5, Major X returns
Conquest 2099 3 of 5 has Darkhawk!
