My nephew, Curtis, has lined up an artist for a comic book they are working on, but would like to get a co-writer to flesh out some concepts. If you are interested, please reach out to him at : cdcole2006@gmail.com

I have turn this great website into a podcast!
Inspired by my love for Uncanny X-Cast and the daddies over at Turtle Soup Podcast, I’ve decided to throw my hat into the ring of X-Podcasts!
I hope to join the likes of Comic Book Queers : Legacy, the X-Wife Podcast, Oh Gosh Oh Golly Oh Wow, and my latest favorite, Simply Amazing – a Nightcrawler focus podcast.
Simply Amazing is finally the podcast where I had the thought, I should do this, I’m a huge Kitty Pryde fan, I should legit be getting out there and lending my voice to the conversation. Maybe I can buy new trades and just really commit to this.
Plus, it is my podcast so I can play around with the format. I have a ten episodes up already and if you would like to subscribe and provide a review, even if it is simply providing those sweet five stars, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you everyone for the continued support and happy listening!
I finally made a video about my all time favorite run of Uncanny X-Men, of course, featuring my all time favorite X-Artist, Paul Smith!
I have some big ideas for future videos too.
I didn’t even know this was a thing!
Apparently, if one of your tweets is imbedded into an article, you get a notification about it.
Take-Two and 2K Games announced Marvel’s Midnight Suns on December 2, 2023! So I’m hoping to get it as a Christmas present.
Especially as there is a Legendary edition that costs $100, which is way more than I would ever spend on myself for a game.
I’m still a little concern it will be a lot like XCOM 2, which I enjoyed, but wasn’t very good at.
The Legendary edition comes with the Season Pass and 23 Prenium Skins, which I will only want the Magik one, for sure.
If you preorder it, you get Doctor Strange’s Defenders skin, but I don’t think I’m getting that (unless it is on a Black Friday sale and my wife snatches it up)
So I’m concern I won’t take to the game and this is a bit of an investment, so I’m hoping there is a casual mode or the tutorial isn’t overly complicated.
Which is what I wrote!
In hindsight, I’m glad I stayed on brand and mentioned Magik and not simply just wrote about my concern the game will be too hard.
My plan is to keep Magik in my party at all times, and probably Wolverine too. If they add two more X-Men characters, I’ll run those as my full squad. I’m sure there will be times, especially early in the game, where we have to play as everyone and Magik will be out of my party, but once I can get her back in, she’s staying!
I’ve own the Tomb Raider Cookbook for a while now. This past Sunday, I was committed to finally making something from the book. Took several pages before I found a recipe I thought I could a) make and b) get my picky wife and son to eat.
I went with the Bangers and Mash recipe. As who doesn’t like mash potatoes or sausage?
Turns out, my son doesn’t like mash potatoes (preferring fries) and my wife is certain she doesn’t like sausage. Which I of course, only learn once they are sitting down after prepping and cooking for an hour.
I couldn’t find any pictures online of the recipe, so in an attempt to make the Internet the space I want it to be, I’m writing this article to help the next person who wants to see what it looks like.
I thought they came out very well! Especially as this is going to be my lunch and dinner for the next two lunches.
8 pork sausages was too many, especially as I had to buy a 12 pack, so I have four to fry up probably this weekend or for lunch if I head home one of these workdays. 15 minutes seemed about right, plus the time they sat in the gravy. I have five cooked to enjoy so that’s nice. I should have just bought the five pack from Wal-Mart.
8 potatoes was also way too much for my smaller family. Four probably would have been just about right. 8 was also too much for my pot and kept getting water spilling out, so there was quite a mess afterwards that I got to clean up.
Cooking time wise, ten minutes was about right to get the potatoes tender enough to be pierced by a fork. I figured I wanted the potatoes to be as soft as possible and mashed them was so satisfying.
The biggest hit was the gravy!
Which I might just borrow again for a later recipe.
Pretty simple, yellow onion, halved and sliced thin. Melt some butter, fry the onion, pour the floor, and the beef stock, and simmer for 10 minutes. I didn’t add salt to any of this, but did add pepper to taste.
I did use two cups, but it would have been nice to either used a third cup as well or simply emptied the entirety of the 32 ounces of beef stock into the pan. Four cups doesn’t seem that bad, plus, with how much mashed potatoes I had, it would have been nice to have almost equal gravy.
I will have to look for another recipe in the book, but my first attempt went rather well.
This has been very unexpected and so rewarding!
I have a new number one video and it is my number one video by such a large margin now!

Thank you everyone who has watched the video and has since subscribed.
I am at 188 subscribers and would love to get to 200!
I am very proud of this video. Unlike the Buying Batman Bundle video, the audio is great, it features my main character, Dynamo Dancer, in the style of Kitty Pryde, and it is a victory video at that.
Pretty much, every day I check my stats, this video keep increasing in views, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone! It really does mean a lot to me.
Thank you!

One of my favorite people in the whole world, Walker D, has launched his own YouTube channel!
He would love some additional subscribers and he has big BIG plans for the channel.
Has it really been nine years! Oh boy!

My YouTube channel turns three today! Something about five days after my wife’s birthday, makes me feel very creative.
Anyone else think WordPress keeps making slight steps backwards? These posts used to be fun to edit and organize, and now I can’t even intent paragraphs.
I am pretty much still up to my regular business, working, listening to podcasts, and playing video games when I can.

Thank you everyone for continuing to come check out the blog as often as you do! I really appreciate it and I can’t believe we are heading towards our tenth year!
As my Bounce Patrol post is still one of my post popular posts ever! I thought it would be fun to lean into that for a moment. Plus, enough time has passed since the above video was posted. October 30, 2016, so a bunch of time has passed. This is probably the last video of theirs that I really saw, besides maybe playing whichever was their most current video at the time to Walker Dennis, to see if it registered with him. He didn’t seem all that interested, but that’s the difference three years can do to a youngling.
They made the video as a thank you for their first million subscribers. Now they are at 26.1 Million!
The questions they answer are :
How did they get started?
How did you all meet?
Who makes the most bloopers and outtakes?
Which videos were the most fun and which were the most difficult to make?
Do any of them have kids and do their kids watch the channel?
What is their favorite song that they have performed?
What are they going to be for Halloween that year?
Was it hard for Rachel to dance when she was pregnant in Mommy’s Got a Baby in her Belly?
Do they write their own songs, come up with their own choreography, and edit own videos, or is there a secret team who does all of that?
Do you hum your own songs while you are by yourselves?
How long does it take to create a video, from start to finish?
What makes each of you happy?
Alyssa and Jacinta are my favorites. Fun to see Shannon in front of the camera.
They seem to have slowed down on original videos, but good for them for making as many as they did! Two videos a month is still pretty impressive, even after starting on December 31, 2012, so just a year earlier than Walker was born, so we got into it at the perfect time.
I thought there was a quick way to see how many videos they have uploaded, but maybe that’s just something one can see on one’s own channel? Oh, the app on my phone shows the number, 200 videos! Which doesn’t seem right, but it must be!
