Look at the X-Men joining the fray! I now foresee at least Magik joining the crossover and hopefully Kitty. Could this be what unites the X-Men? If it is just Wolverine’s side, I’m going to feel as silly as I already do for ordering the first three issues. Hopefully DCBS offers another set of discounts for the rest of the series, but can be that generous? That would be nice.
I have already committed to just doing a sole month shipment, so maybe I can put a few more titles on the heap.
I like the Dodsons being added to the creative team but I can already tell you that the trade is going to look pretty wonky already with Yu and the Dodsons, along with Adam Kubert on the first two issues. Though if it is a new artist every two issues, that will make the transition easier on the eyes, I imagine. With nine issues, is the last artist going to do three?

I had to buy two issues at Hastings last week – Nightcrawler 5 & Wolverine and the X-Men 7. I had to pay the full $3.99 which I rather take a chance at $2.50 instead of paying full price – if I cad help it.

So I’m making my DCBS order official.
I have the above titles added, plus they are offering Nova 18 (which has Magik in it for a panel) for $1.99.
Which brings my subtotal to $23.60 before shipping and such. So far so good. Since this is coming out in November, I’m already set for the one month shipping option. Let’s see what happens!
With Bag and Boards at a total of $1.20 (what a deal!)
Shipping weekly would have brought the grand total to $44.70 and Twice a Month Shipping made the total $38.70. Standard Shipping brings it to $31.75 which seven dollars feels like real money to me so that’s what we are doing.
So excited to get a copy of Nova 18 and for such a great deal!
I’m already sort of wishing I just spent the extra seven dollars but that’s okay. If November works out nicely, maybe I could do that going forward (will be doing it for sure in December) and make this little hobby of mine a little less expensive for my wife. Which is always good.
I’m also excited that I can get all of the comics that I was hoping to get, even taking the chance of AXIS and the Life After Logan issue.
